 The cutter is mounted to a 7 horsepower spindle which rotates thousands of times per minute. Sometimes the right combination of material, spindle speed, and machine speed will cause small vibrations in the machine which may result in a regular noise pattern on the surface of the material. This is uncommon and we keep our machines well maintained to minimize the chances of this. |
