Design fabrication means and methods to produce architect-specified architectural trim that simulates stone using thin section polymer concrete on FRP backing. Engineer connections and flanged details to accommodate architect specifications, aesthetic requirements and contractor installation methods.

Polymer concrete face coat applied to female molds fabricated from architects CAD data. Face coat backed with fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin and E-Glass reinforcement. Surface was sandblasted after removal from mold to achieve desired stone finish.
